Domestica Hiring Policy & Warranty

Transparent placement terms for your peace of mind.

1. 2-Day Trial Period

Take 2 days to observe the candidate in your home environment. This ensures they are the right fit for your household and specific duties before finalizing the placement.

2. Documentation & Verification

Following a successful trial, we issue your official invoice. Upon payment, all verified staff documents—including NADRA CNIC copies and police verification—are sent to your email for your records.

3. Agency Fees & Warranty Tiers

Our agency fees activate your selected replacement warranty period:

  • 3-Month Replacement Warranty: Agency fee is equal to half (50%) of the staff's monthly salary.
  • 6-Month Replacement Warranty: Agency fee is equal to one full month (100%) of the staff's monthly salary.

*If the staff member is deemed unsuitable or leaves during your warranty period, Domestica provide a qualified replacement at no extra agency charge.
